+ How much will each adjustment cost?

Every person and every case is different. We will not know how much it will cost until Dr. Erik has a chance to evaluate your findings, history and determine what care you will need. It is important for us to keep care affordable.

Every case is different. We will not know how many visits you will need before we have had a chance to look at your history, understand your goals and perform our evaluations.

+ How long will my first visit take?

You can expect your first visit and evaluation to take approximately 45 to 60 minutes.

Yes, if you have them feel free to bring them. Dr. Erik would be happy to look at any previous studies that you have.

+ When will I get my first adjustment?

Every person and case is different. The first step is to identify the cause of your health concern by looking at your history and completing thorough health assessments in our office. We typically do not start care on your first visit so that we can spend quality time looking over your findings. After gathering this information about your case, we can determine what care is required.

+ I'm in a lot of pain! I was really hoping to get adjusted today?

We don’t typically adjust on the first visit. There are two things that are most important to us, your health and our reputation, and we are not willing to jeopardize either by rushing into your treatment. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis. It is imperative that we discuss your health history and complete our assessments at that first visit to determine the very cause of your health concerns and what type of care is needed.

+ Will I need x-rays??

Every person and case is different and it depends on your health history and the outcome of your initial assessments. We do believe that to see is to know, therefore x rays are a very important tool to see the health of your spine. Diagnostic tools like x rays also help as to understand any limitations and expectations for your results and healing.

+ I'm nervous, what should I expect?

We understand this may be new to you or you may have had bad experiences in the past, but don’t be nervous! We take our time to get to know what your body needs and Dr. Erik uses a very specific, gentle adjustment. We will make sure you are comfortable throughout the process. We will also educate and explain everything we will do prior to starting. Feel free to look at the Your First Visit Page to learn more.
